We were due to land at 1.50am on a Sunday, so there would not be any trains running for many hours. AW Airport Luton were prompt to respond and provided us with a competitive quotation, for our journey back to the Kettering district. On the morning we landed, although there were no issues with our flight itself, unfortunately there were issues at the airport, and we had to wait 1.5 hours from when we had arrived at baggage collection and contacted our driver to confirm landing. This led to our driver being kept waiting; however he was very patient and kept in touch throughout the process, which had also been more complicated by the recent car park fire at the airport. We had never booked a taxi home before from the airport. AW Airport Luton ensured a smooth process for us and a prompt and patient service in light of our circumstances. This was very much appreciated as my partner and I had unfortunately both suffered illness whilst abroad.
